Sleevit SleeveMaster Jumbo
The Jumbo applicator extends the well proven, Award Winning technology of our TE 250 V Sleeve Applicators up to 310mm layflat size to meet the demands of Tamper Evident sleeving of products such as 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 litre ice cream tubs and ready meals, as well as industrial products such as adhesive tape and small drums.
This machine is capable of sleeving round, rectangular and square products up to 620mm circumference at production line speeds.
Development of the electronic control systems to the point where all functions are software based, combined with a much wider cutter module brings larger machines that still retain the simple blade changing and quick inexpensive change parts and features of the smaller range. Large, low mounted reel holders with second reel change over options make installations compact and aid operation.
The Sleevit Jumbo Applicator can be supplied as a stand-alone applicator, or more usually, combined with elements of the standard Sleevit range of product handling, separation and conveying systems, and full line management functions.
Options such as bandlocking and sleeve support mechanisms are available to suit a particular product range, as is the ShrinkMaster range of shrinking tunnels.
